Case Study

Two Electric Roller Garage Doors Installed in Coventry

Project Overview

This installation took us to a beautiful property in Coventry, where we fitted two black electric roller garage doors, with a separate garage positioned on each side of the house.

Black was a great choice for this property. The new doors complement the dark window frames, front door and other exterior details, while creating a striking contrast against the lighter brickwork.

As well as looking the part, the homeowners now have the convenience of electric operation for both garages.

Two Garages, One Coordinated Finish

With the garages positioned separately on either side of the property, it was important that the two new doors worked together visually.

Using the same black finish for both installations creates a consistent look across the whole frontage and ties the garages in with the other darker features of the house.

The finished result looks smart and considered, rather than the garage doors feeling like separate additions to the property.

The Installation

A black electric roller garage door was fitted to each garage, giving the homeowners convenient access to both spaces.

The roller design opens vertically, so there is no need for the doors to swing out over the area in front of the garages. This makes them a practical option where homeowners want to make good use of the available driveway space.

The installation provides:

Two matching electric roller garage doors
Convenient electric opening and closing
Independent access to each garage
Space-saving vertical operation
Smart black finish
A coordinated appearance across the property

The Finished Result

The photographs show just how well the new garage doors suit the property.

The black finish works particularly well with the windows, front door and roof detailing, giving the exterior a clean, contemporary appearance. Having matching doors on both sides also creates balance across the front of the house.

It’s a great example of how choosing the right garage door colour can make a real difference to the overall appearance of a property, as well as providing the practical benefits of electric operation.

Choosing Black Electric Roller Garage Doors

Black roller garage doors can work particularly well on properties that already feature darker windows, doors or exterior details.

Electric roller doors also offer a practical advantage over doors that need space to swing outwards. They open vertically and roll neatly into the housing above the opening, helping to maximise the usable space around the garage.

With different colours and specifications available, each installation can be chosen to suit both the property and the customer’s requirements.
