Double Electric Roller Garage Door Installation in Denbigh

Project Overview

This garage door replacement in Denbigh, North Wales, involved removing two older garage doors and replacing them with a matching pair of Rosewood 77mm electric roller garage doors.

The customer had been considering replacing the doors for some time and wanted to make sure they chose the right specification, colour and safety features for their property.

After discussing the different options available, 77mm slats were selected for their additional strength, together with Ansa Safety Edge Systems. The Rosewood finish was chosen to complement the existing brickwork and exterior of the property.

The Existing Garage Door

The property originally had two traditional garage doors positioned side by side. They had become tired in appearance and required manual operation.

With two separate garage openings, it was important that the replacements worked well together visually while providing the convenience and reliability the customer was looking for.

Choosing the Right Garage Doors

Before going ahead, the customer had several questions about the available door specification, including the slat size, colour, motor, seals, safety edge system and warranty.

We talked through the different options and provided colour and slat samples so the customer could make an informed choice without feeling rushed into a decision.

The final specification was a pair of Rosewood 77mm electric roller garage doors, providing:

Strong 77mm insulated slats
Smooth electric operation
Ansa Safety Edge Systems
Space-saving vertical opening
Matching Rosewood finish across both doors
A smart, coordinated appearance

The Installation

Both existing garage doors were removed before the two new electric roller doors were installed into the individual openings.

With two doors positioned alongside each other, careful installation was important to achieve a consistent finish across the front of the property.

The Rosewood colour works particularly well with the surrounding brickwork and gives the garage a warmer appearance than a standard solid colour.

The Finished Result

The before-and-after photographs show a significant transformation.

The two older garage doors have been replaced with matching roller doors that give the property a much cleaner and more coordinated appearance.

The homeowners now also have the convenience of electric operation, while the 77mm slats provide the stronger specification they were looking for.

What the Customer Said

We were delighted to receive a five-star Google review from the customer following the installation.

Gareth explained that he had initially contacted Mark several months before the work went ahead but had needed to put his plans on hold for personal reasons. He particularly appreciated that there was no pressure to proceed or pay a deposit during this time.

When he was ready to continue, Mark answered his questions about the door type, colour, motor, seals, safety system and warranty, and provided samples to help him choose the right specification.

Following the installation, Gareth said:

“If you want a fair honest quote with no sales tactics or jargon I would save yourself the time it takes to get multiple quotes and use Mark.”

He also described Mark and his colleague as “very informative, hard working, tidy and polite” and was delighted with the finished garage doors.

Feedback like this is especially important to us because choosing new garage doors isn’t only about the finished product. Customers should also feel comfortable asking questions and have the information they need to make the right decision for their property.

77mm Electric Roller Garage Doors

For this Denbigh installation, the homeowners chose 77mm slats for additional strength.

Electric roller garage doors are also a practical replacement for many traditional garage doors because they open vertically rather than swinging outwards. This helps maximise the usable space immediately in front of the garage while providing convenient electric operation.

With different colours and specifications available, each installation can be tailored to the property and the customer’s requirements.
